Rail Jacks are used to lift rail or track for different applications during maintenance and construction of railway track. We specialise in offering customised Rail Jacks.
We manufacture many types of Rail Jacks i.e. conventional mechanical ratchet type track jack, head clamping/lifting screw type mechanical jack, A-frame (rail changer) type mechanical jack and multiple types of hydraulic rail jacks. All these jacks are manufactured upto best of workmanship and checked for safety at different stages of manufacturing.
Rail Head Lifting Type Jack : This is most suitable jack for ballast track maintenace operations. It clamps the rail head and lifts the rail upto 200 mm for general all general purpose maintenace. This jack is essentially a screw ype mechanical jack hence only requires thread lurication and is very durable and maintenance free.
A-Frame (Rail Changer) Type Jack : Conceptualised and designed for ease of rail lifting and movement in multiple directions (axis), this is very useful jack. It is a screw type jack which loosely hold or clamp the rail head allowing the movement of rail in its own line/direction. It lifting height height of the rail is upto 400 mm and it also allow the movement in the lateral direction. All in all, very useful and heavy duty jack.
Mechanical Ratchet Type Jack : It is a coventional meachnical ratchet type jack that lift the rail from head or toe. Lifting is supported upto 300 mm. Jack is generally operated with a rod (crowbar).
